Register yourself

Put yourself on the register.

Fill this in once. You get a permanent profile and a link of your own — the thing you send to a scout or a coach.

You must be 18 or over to take part. Your date of birth is checked here and is never shown on your public profile — only your age is.

1 · Your photograph

Head and shoulders, looking at the camera. This is what a coach sees first, and an entry without one cannot be published.

2 · Your name

Type your names exactly as they appear on your NIN slip — same spelling, same order. Your name is checked against the National Identity database, and a difference here is the most common reason a registration is held up.

Leave empty if you have none.
3 · Your details

These are the details the Nigeria Football Federation has to send to FIFA to give a player a FIFA ID. Without them your record cannot be passed on, however complete it looks here.

Stored encrypted. Never shown publicly.
Which competition you are eligible for.
Only if you hold one.
Leave empty if that is just your name. This is the name a team sheet uses, not a nickname for your profile.
We send your registration link here, and email you again when your profile goes live. Stored encrypted and never shown publicly.
Optional now, but a verified NIN is what proves you are you — and stops anyone else registering under your name.
Give at least one form of identification — your NIN above, or one of these. Only the NIN is checked against a database; the others are recorded as you enter them and read by an organiser.
4 · Your football
Professional means a written, paid contract.
5 · Playing history

Every club or academy you have been registered with, one row each.

FIFA builds a player’s passport from the season of their twelfth birthday onwards, and it is what training rewards are paid against — so the early academies matter more than the recent clubs, not less. What you enter here is recorded as your own account until a club or the federation confirms it.

6 · Links (optional)
7 · Consent

Your public profile shows your name, age, position, club and any photographs or clips you add. It never shows your NIN, your phone number or your date of birth. You can ask for it to be taken down at any time — see the privacy policy.
